The following covers everything important about purchasing an artwork from the online store, how to organise payment and when to know that your purchase is on its way. As well as the very so important aspect of your information and how it’s handled.

Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

How do I change my email settings?

To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

On the upper right-hand corner of any page, you’ll see a link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.

Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive an email from V.Rodriguez.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.

What forms of payment does V.Rodriguez accept?

We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard & Debit Cards. All payments will be processed via PayPal.

Afterpay is also available where the total of your sale is split over 4 x fortnightly payments. You will be required to create an account at http://www.afterpay.com.au/.

Are my payments secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

For your own safety, we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Paypal or Afterpay, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

Where are the products shipped from?

All products are shipped from Sydney, NSW.

How long does it take to process an order once payment is received ?

Once payment is received we endeavor to ship all of our products within 24-48 business hours via Australia Post, Go Logistics & our Courier service depending on your product purchase.

Canvas & Metallic prints require 10 days production plus the normal time stated in our terms of shipping and handling. Please take this into consideration when selecting your artwork type.

How long does delivery take?

  • Small Items Standard Delivery – $1.99 – Allow 4-5 days delivery after the order has been processed for Sydney Metro and Sydney Regional only.
  • Domestic Express Delivery – $9.99 – Allow 1-2 days delivery after the order has been processed for Sydney Metro and Sydney Regional only.
  • Courier Service: We offer a flat rate of $29.99 which covers most Australian destinations. Please note that there may be additional fees for interstate and international deliveries. We will contact you directly if an additional cost needs to be discussed.

Do you ship to international addresses?

Yes, we do. Please ensure you select the “Courier Service” as your shipping option at checkout.

Please note that there will be additional costs for international packaging and shipping. We will contact you directly to discuss.

Refunds or Returns

If your parcel is damaged during transit please return it back to us and you will receive a refund in full. Alternatively, unless it is an original drawing, we will are happy to offer you a replacement.

We may use information provided to us in the following ways:

  • To process an order from the V.Rodriguez shop
  • To send emails that will keep you up to date with the latest from V.Rodriguez, including news, events and special offers
  • To enable us to comply with any requirements imposed on us by law. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to anyone else. We will keep your details to the extent we require them for the above uses.
  • We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
